About Us

Jami Cornett, FNP-BC

Owner Jami Cornett is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC). She graduated with her Bachelor's in Nursing in 2015 and Master's in Nursing in 2020, both obtained at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. She is licensed to practice in the states of Tennessee and Kentucky. She believes that patient education and advocating for patients are two of the most important aspects of care that she provides which is a key factor in keeping her patients safe, happy, and healthy. Her goal is to help patients live a healthy and prosperous life. She is married and has two sons. She likes crafting, watching her son play baseball, volunteering at her church, and spending time on the farm in her free time.

She is excited to get to know her patients and be able to help the community.

Deishia Warren, FNP-BC

Deishia is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Austin Peay State University. A proud Tennessee native, she has lived in the Hendersonville area for over seven years.

With a strong background in nursing and a passion for family medicine, Deishia is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include primary care, women's health, pediatric medicine, disease prevention, and holistic healthcare.

Outside of her professional life, Deishia enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, trying new foods, listening to live music, and watching movies. We’re excited to welcome her to our team!
